Fund Terms

  • Target Size
    $400,000 CAD (Four Hundred Thousand Canadian Dollars)
  • Investment Minimum
    $10,000 (2 Investment Units).
  • Target Return
    1.5X-2X Gross MOM (multiple on money) in 24 Months or less, with a 10% pref (Preferred Return).
  • Close Date
    June 30th, 2020, or up until full subscription is reached.
  • Distribution Of Profits
    Each Unit is entitled to a 10% pref (Preferred Return). Until such time as the partners have received distributions equal to 100% to their Capital Contribution, plus the “Preferred Return”, distributions shall be made 70% to the partners on a pro rata basis and 30% to the "general partner".
  • Investment Term
    Up to 24 months.

Subscription

Investors must complete, execute and deliver a subscription agreement and all required forms and certificates to the issuer together with a certified cheque or bank draft payable to the General Partner in an amount equal to the investment. All subscriptions will be subject to acceptance or rejection by the issuer.
